Licensing for Additional External Phone Lines
How many external phone lines will the audio be used on?
Under copyright law any audio production carries a production copyright. A license agreement enables you to use the audio according to the terms of the agreement.
Our agreement with your company allows you to play the audio on your on hold system for as long as you want. The number of external phone lines this covers is defined by the number you selected at the order stage.
The default license covers up to 5 external phone lines. However, if you need to use the on hold production on a larger scale, you are required to select the number of additional phone lines it will be used on from the drop-down options available.
Your license covers all music copyrights, voice over usage rights and the copyright in the audio production for the lifetime of its use.
This means that no other organisati0n or third party can charge you additional fees for your on hold audio.
