That’s perfectly fine, we can write it for you. We will tailor your scripted messages using a variety of sources:
- Your Website
- Newspaper / magazine adverts and articles about your company
- Current promotions on your products and services
- Your current on hold messages (if applicable)
- Information you provide us about your company
When adding our scriptwriting service, choose the option that best fits your needs an budget.
For example, if you only need a short on hold, our 100 or 200 word package would most likely fit your needs. A package this size would probably be enough to include a “Thank you for calling…” message, “please continue to hold…” and one or two marketing messages about your company i.e. services and products you provide, current promotions, industry awards etc.
Once we have gathered the information we need, our creative scriptwriters will tailor your messages on hold to meet your needs and budget. You will receive a draft version of your script for you to approve and suggest any alterations until you are 100% happy.
Please remember: If you want us to write your script, you must order our on hold voice and music package (or voice only package) and script writing service at the same time.
