Why Would You Need This?
Clients often come back to us several months or even years after we’ve completed their audio, asking for a copy of their audio, script, or both. Due to the number of projects we work on, it isn’t practical for us to keep every audio file and associated project file indefinitely. Over time, this would result in significant storage, administration, and associated costs.
For this reason, we delete project files one month after completion. For clients who would like us to retain their files long-term, we offer a backup option for just £15 per year.
By purchasing the backup option, you can contact us whenever you need to request a copy of your audio or script.

If you choose not to take out the backup option, please make sure you download your audio and keep it safe.
Common reasons clients lose their audio include:
- Staff changes
- Changing telephony providers
- Computer or hard drive failure
