By placing your order you confirm that your script is within the max word limit of this package and is your Final ready to record script. Any changes after recording starts may incur extra charges.
Upon receiving your order, we will contact you via email to confirm receipt and request your final ready to record script and choice of voice over and background music. Once we have this information we will organise the creation of your on-hold package. Completion typically takes 3-5 working dayss (subject to availability).
Why am I being asked to Pay in Advance?
OnHold Messaging Direct is a web-based company and our service is very competitively priced. To keep overheads / package prices low, we require that many of our services are paid for in advance.
This service is customised to your requirements and we don’t have the overheads of a conventional invoicing department. It is a streamlined and partly automated service keeping prices as competitive as possible.
