If you make an error on your script, we have to re-book the voice-over to do a re-record. Even if it is a small change, the voice-over still has to be paid for their time.
For this reason, we have to charge you, but we do aim to keep the cost to you as minimal as possible.

Why am I being asked to Pay in Advance?
OnHold Messaging Direct is a web-based company and our service is very competitively priced. To keep overheads / package prices low, we require that many of our services are paid for in advance.
This service is customised to your requirements and we don’t have the overheads of a conventional invoicing department. It is a streamlined and partly automated service keeping prices as competitive as possible.
Your invoice is delivered automatically upon payment.
