- Posted on CD (Takes longer and is an additional cost)
Formats
We can deliver your on hold messaging in a variety of audio formats depending on your hardware setup. Our audio engineers have experience of dealing with these format at one time or another and can supply any of them whilst optimising the sonic quality to ensure that your audio sounds the best it can.
Our standard formats and most common are mono wav or mp3.
Installation
Installing your new on hold audio is usually straightforward. If you have purchased your telephone hardware from any of our recommended suppliers, they will be happy to advise you. If you have a technical department that looks after your telephone system, they should be able to take care of this for you.
If you or your telephone engineers have any issues with the sound quality, volume or format when putting the audio in your system, we are here to help and can provide alternative formats / mixes of your audio until it is spot on.
